Lemon juice<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 cup sugar<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1\/2 cup flour<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 tsp. Ground cinnamon<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd tsp. salt<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Crust dough:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and blend thoroughly.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Blend in butter with a pasty blender.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Continue until no large pieces of butter exist.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Stir in water, working with hands, until dough adheres to itself, but is not sticky.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Portion dough into two parts, one for bottom crust and one for top.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Filling:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Toss apples with lemon juice after slicing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Combine sugars, flour and cinnamon.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Coat apple pieces thoroughly with sugar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Putting it together:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Divide crust dough.
