1 \u00bd tsp. Baking soda<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bd tsp. Salt<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8 large eggs, separated<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bd cup oil<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2 tsp. Vanilla<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sir together coffee and cocoa. Set aside<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt in a large mixing bowl.\u00a0 <\/span>Add coffee mixture, egg yolks, oil, vanilla.\u00a0 <\/span>Beat with hand mixer on medium until smooth. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Beat egg whites at high speed with mixer until foamy.\u00a0 <\/span>Fold into batter.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bake on 325 for 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
