style=\"font-size: small;\">Combine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a second dish.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dip chicken in egg mixture, then on crumb mixture.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Saute chicken in oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, for about 3 minutes, or until crumbs are golden brown.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">After reducing, lower heat and add butter a few pats at a time, add more after
